Returns & Refunds

At The Gazebo Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not 100% happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns:
You may return your item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that any installed or used gazebos, pergolas, or BBQ canopies cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@gazebostore.co.uk and provide your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds:
Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at returns@gazebostore.co.uk. We will help you process the exchange and provide you with a new shipping label.

Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@gazebostore.co.uk. We will work with you to arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made a shipping error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your returned item(s). We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
