Dispatch:
We know that you are excited to receive your order, so we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Orders received after 12pm GMT will be processed the following business day.
Delivery:
Our standard delivery time for UK mainland orders is 1-3 working days. However, for larger orders or orders to some remote locations, delivery may take 3-5 working days.
Free Delivery:
We offer free delivery on all orders to UK mainland addresses. This excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Channel Islands.
Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order using the courier's website. We also provide regular updates on the status of your delivery, so you are always in the know.
Delivery Restrictions:
Please note that we currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We are unable to fulfil international orders at this time. If you place an order to a location we do not deliver to including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Channel Islands , we will notify you via email and issue a full refund.
